Hi! I’m Crystal, a Canadian UX/UI designer based in Japan with 6+ years of experience creating intuitive digital products. I specialize in translating complex ideas into clear, user-centered experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

I’ve worked across industries including healthcare and medtech, consumer goods, e-commerce, architecture and construction, education, and SaaS, collaborating with both global brands and early-stage startups.

On my days off you can find me at local craft fairs buying handmade trinkets (and an insane amount of bread), watching anime, going to concerts, on nature walks, traveling (been to 40/45 prefectures in Japan, lived in 3), etc!
